These intensive, educational, inspiring and <strong>unforgettable weekends<\/strong> are <strong>100% run by volunteers<\/strong>. During the weekend, the core organizing team is assisted by dozens of volunteers who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>help <strong>attendees check in<\/strong> at the registration desk;<\/li>\n<li><strong>hand out<\/strong> not-to-be-missed <strong>&#8220;swag&#8221;<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>support speakers<\/strong>\u00a0before, during and after their presentation;<\/li>\n<li>and so much more&#8230;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Looking back on their experience, volunteers have shared things like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;I have <strong>learned so much<\/strong>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;I got to hang out with <strong>people I may never have had the courage to approach<\/strong>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;I have <strong>grown my self-confidence<\/strong>&#8220;l<\/li>\n<li>and &#8220;I have <strong>landed leads<\/strong> for a new job or project <strong>without the need to pitch<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>WordPress and WordCamps are<strong> successful because of volunteers<\/strong> of all ages, professions, genders and cultural backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to<strong> invest a few hours of your time in this precious community<\/strong>?
